There’s Nothing fishy about Something Fishy… only delicious seafood entrees.

Owned and operated by Terence and Patrice Phillips, Something Fishy opened in April 2016. The opening of the restaurant was a family affair and new endeavor for the entre Phillips family. Terence and Patrice have been married for over 20 years. They moved from Buffalo, New York to Apopka 10 years ago with their three children Gabrielle, Kenneth, and Christopher.

After 8 years in the telecommunications industry, Terence took the leap to become an entrepreneur. With love, encouragement and help from family and friends, Terence is now living his dream alongside his children; their three children work at the restaurant. Patrice works for a non-profit organization that specializes in providing medical care for the working uninsured.

Terence and Patrice believe in giving back to their local community. Patrice notes, “. We will be hosting meet and greet networking events at Something Fishy so we can connect with the community and showcase the charities we support.” Terence and Patrice have committed to contribute a portion of their monthly sales to two local charities, The New Journey Youth Center and Lift Disability Network, during the fist year of the restaurant’s operation.
